![]() Booking your Job We prioritize all jobs on a first come first serve basis to keep all things fair. It is the responsibility of the client to watch the weather forecast in regards to jobs that are weather permitting. All clients have the opportunity to reschedule a contract prior to its execution. If a contract is rescheduled less than 36 hours prior to its execution, there is a chance that a clients preferred date cannot be met due to our schedule. With that said, we always watch the long term forecast ourselves and try to keep a loose schedule around bad weather weeks to help accommodate those affected by the bad weather days. In other words, we never over book ourselves. Some services such as paving are very sensitive to bad weather. For all jobs the client is contacted by phone 36 hours prior to the job date if "rain" or "a chance of rain" is in the forecast. The client is then given the opportunity to reschedule. If the client chooses to maintain the original date and it rains on that date, any costs incurred due to the rain will be charged to the client. |
