At The Parking Lot Guys we provide all asphalt and concrete construction services that commercial properties require.  Depending on the needs of your specific project, we will determine during the consultation process the procedure that fits you best.  Whether it's small/large patches, catch basin/manhole repairs, curbs or entire parking lot paving, our professional and licensed contractors are equipped to handle any job.

All paving jobs are performed in a similar sequence.

 

Bad areas are cut out and disposed of off site.	If the sub base is deemed to be in good condition then the deteriorated asphalt is grinded out.
Existing sub base is re-graded and re-compacted.
Edges are glued with SS1 Tack Coat and the area is prepped for asphalt.
Asphalt is laid.	After asphalt is laid it is then compacted.
Perimeter of patches are then sealed with a hot rubberized joint sealant
Area is taped off until asphalt has cooled off.
